"****UPDATE: It’s been over A YEAR (February 2024) and they never cared to fix the mess they did!! Be aware!!! ******** So far the worst experience. We got a dinning table on August 26/2022. Today is November 26 and we still don’t have what we paid for. They brought the wrong table top and never came back with the right one. We were left without a proper dinning table since then. Current situation is that we are Living on their false promise to solve the problem. Never saw anything like this before. Very disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and buy your furniture somewhere else."

"When we planned to order our TV unit back in May 2023, we were told that the delivery would take 6-8 weeks, and that affected our decision to purchase our TV unit from Boconcept vs. another store. Not only we have not received what we paid for about 10 weeks ago, they do not respond to our requests for an update either. Worst customer service we've ever experienced! They seem completely indifferent to customers' needs and concerns. We reached out a few times for ordering additional items and receiving update on this previous order, they were dismissive, showing a complete lack of professionalism. They couldn't care less about providing a satisfactory experience for customers."
