"Everything about Futonland was wonderful: The first person we spoke with (I believe it was Damian) about the frame and futon was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get us one of the last maple wood frames available. Then Ivan was wonderful in scheduling the delivery (we had to postpone once due to visitors in our house). And the two delivery persons, Constantine and Dimitry were the most pleasant and friendly and competent people possible. Kudos to Futonland on such excellent employees. Give everybody more money! They deserve it! :-) Last not least, the couch is absolutely beautiful! Thank you."

"We ordered the Cube Queen Murphy Cabinet Bed. The delivery to Florida from NY was very efficient, no nonsense. The bed is as expected, the mattress seems a bit thin but may still be expanding some more as I write this. The assembly went great, relatively easy directions and exceptional hardware (much better than Ikea connectors). Once assembled, the bed set up and restoration works great. We hope our guests will like it."

"Ordered a sofa online and chose to pay for the optional furniture assembly service with delivery - so worth it. My delivery was scheduled for about 3 days after purchase which was perfect timing. Futonland was communicative and confirmed the delivery window with me within a day of purchase, and the delivery came within the scheduled window. The furniture assembly was fast, about 30 min and the delivery folks were very kind. Super happy with my purchase and experience."

"I was originally disappointed when my futon frame broke after just two years. It cost $700, so this was upsetting. I decided to replace it rather than repair it since I'd be paying for repairs that might not actually fix the problem. In the long run, I'm glad I did. I spent more than I felt I should to replace it, but the people at Futonland were responsive and very helpful. We worked out a compromise I was very pleased with. The men installing the new frame were great, too. Professional, respectful of my home, and friendly. I'm a returning customer and recommend the store. Great selection as well."
