"Absolute money thieves. They have a no refund policy for paying deposits, however they do not make their customers aware of this until they’ve already paid the deposit. The salespeople get mad at you when you tell them you want to consider different options. Furniture looks tacky and is cheap quality"
"Amazing all around. Bought a Beauty rest King mattress. We were able to try it out at the Brooklyn location. Delivered and set it up in no time. Very flexible with our delivery window, as we were moving. Definitely will be buying from them again. (They also carry exquisite Italian furniture that we ordered for the bedroom!)"
"The $1,000 mattress sink after three months of use. I wanted to replace it I called the boss, and he told me that you bought a mattress on sale, it could not be exchanged or refunded. Don't come here for everything"
"Don't go here for furniture! Terrible experience! Super unprofessional! Bad attitude from the sales representative. I would rate it a zero star if possible. Purchased multiple furniture and found out that mattress did not fit bed frame and sales blames it on me, yelling at me to call the cops if I had any issue. Wouldn't even allow exchanges to be made. What type of service is this."
"Beware! Everything sold here are technically same as "as is", no cancellation, no return, no refund. Sales would try to give you impression that their cancellation/return are minimal to none (of course if you don't let them), and no complaint; and said to you they'll do all in their power to help you when you're not satisfied ... now I know that means nothing. They'll give you one option when you try to get help after your order delivered: no exchange/return/refund. If you have to order from there, try to pay with a credit card which can protect you when things go wrong; however, I believe they don't accept credit card for the reason."
