"We fell in love with the feather filled sofas in a store when visiting Montreal. We returned home and visited the Manhattan showroom and ordered a new sofa. We really expected to have a piece of furniture to last a lifetime, but this sofa only lasted about 10 years. We noticed right away after fluffing the cushions or changing the covers, it would always lose feathers (big cleaning mess). Over the years it would have less and less feathers and just recently after turning over a cushion, we noticed a very visible rectangle foam brick inside the cushion. The sofa we paid big money for was never quite like the ones we fell in love with in the showroom. Its finally time for a replacement and we won't be shopping there again. Not worth the investment."
"These are gorgeous and design forward sofas that are BEYOND comfortable. I never thought I would be able to have both at once. The cushions have a foam core and down padding, but the foam core is a very special type of foam, similar feel to memory foam. Prices are high, but I haven’t found anything else product wise that can compare. Oh and the staff were helpful and friendly."
