"I planned gifting something unique to my boss on his birthday and dealing with Dainte team was the right decision as they had relevant experience according to my needs. The team designed a beautiful, artistic and a very appealing gift item that looked fabulous. The team took very good care of every single detail and the final peace just made my boss happy. This, so far, has been the greatest gifting experience that not only made the recipient happy but me also. I would suggest this team if you want something unique to be created for you, no matter what your specifications."

"I received a piece of Daint'e custom figurines. It's magnificent. I'd recommend it to any institution wanting to give a memorable souvenir for their donors, supporters, members. It's very likely that this will piece will be kept on their desks, and they will always remember the institution it represents."

"This is the worst vendor experience I have had in my 10 year career - would give them 0 stars if it were an option. The communication was terrible. There was a slight language barrier which they took advantage of when it was convenient for them. If it was something they needed us to understand (usually about us paying them) the English was good. If we were talking about the details/specs of the project it would all of the sudden be impossible to understand what they were saying. Come to find out this was their way of covering up mistakes. They didn't send over any production proofs for me to approve prior to manufacturing (big red flag) and ended up producing the crystal piece incorrectly. The piece was very expensive and I could not get a return call or email until I agreed to send another deposit to replace the incorrect piece. In this industry, if a proof/production rendering was approved we would have been responsible for paying to replace the piece. Since there was no proof/production rendering provided we weren't responsible for the manufacturers mistake. However, they had already been paid so we had no recourse in the situation. At this point we we're willing to pay the additional deposit to try to save face with our already upset customer who had been expecting to receive their product months ago. The next one they sent was done incorrectly again - at this point we felt that maybe Joseph Stern (the Owner) was looking to collect as much from us as he could by intentionally sending us product with flaws. On the third try and after spending over $11,000 they did deliver the correct piece and it looked great. This is a much shortened version of the 9 months of frustration we dealt with over this project. Needless to say, I will never work with this vendor again."
