"Absolutely terrible customer service! We came from another state to purchase an item, we called in advance to make sure they had it in stock and I specifically asked if it could be opened and inspected before we buy it, because lots of reviews mentioned multiple imperfections and the lady on the phone said that wouldn’t be a problem. Long story short, the display had the defects and we wanted to see another one they had in stock but the guy at the front refused to open the box saying they were closing in 15 minutes, I should mention we got to the store about 25 minutes before closing, he checked if there was the item in stock and then he went to help another customer, so looked like he was intentionally postponing helping us because I told him upfront I wanted to inspect it before buying. That’s a good way to lose customers. Visited 3.19.23 at 5:35pm."
"Love this place! I had an issue with a mirror but the staff were excellent in handling it. I can’t say enough good things about them! They also helped me load it in my truck! The store is clean, well stocked, & smells great! Can’t wait to go back!"
