"Had a great experience with Kincaid Home Furnishings Nanuet. Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not just during the sales process but also the execution of the delivery process and administration - like being covered personally by a “CEO”! No high pressure tactics, just the facts and informed opinions combined with transparency. And the furniture itself just breathes QUALITY - solid wood, soft close drawers, fine design, etc. I live near Paramus so tons of furniture stores and chain brands, so highly encourage folks to instead check out the Kincaid store in Nanuet. Kincaid furniture products also sold by various online storefronts, but going here you can actually get a feel and sit in the furniture and talk to knowledgeable associates. I purchased the Modern Forge bedroom set which added an “edge” to our home - so far quite pleased with the set! Take advantage of holiday sales periods."

"Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a "live edge" dining room table in January understanding it would be 6+ months before receiving it. To our delight, it actually came in early - ran out to buy chairs. To our dismay, when delivered, it was the wrong table. Sent it back. Took well over a month to hear back from Kincaid. Re-ordered and were assured we would receive the right product. Placed the second order in July - was told it would be November before it was in. To our delight, it came in very early! To our dismay, once again the wrong table. We called immediately and 3 days later, Kincaid has not even had the decency to call us back. We had a borrowed table while waiting for what we wanted which we returned, certain that the 2nd time around would be what we ordered. Now almost a year without dining room furniture and back to square one."
