"This review is for the kitchen design side of the business, not the construction. The kitchen design business will measure your kitchen space, design a layout and order cabinets. It is a direct sale business where the homeowner/installer are responsible for the complete inspection of all cabinets delivered to your home. I did not understand this concept at the time of purchase. I strongly suggest you double check all measurements and give the entire design plan a sanity check so you know exactly what to expect on the day of delivery and also avoid any measurement errors. Their website mentions a selection process for hardware, countertops, appliances, flooring, etc., but I was not offered this service. My biggest issue is with the quality of the cabinets. Design Right Kitchens advertises that they sell high quality products, but the quality of the Decora cabinets I received was appalling. And at this price point, for semi-custom cabinets, these were issues I did not expect. Every single cabinet I ordered had damage/finishing flaws. The designer, Dawn, and the owner Bobby were very responsive to all of my cabinet issues, including ordering new cabinets and having the cabinet manufacturer representative come to my home to inspect the damage. But not all of the issues could be corrected to my satisfaction, and I have made the best of a very unpleasant situation. Therefore, I do not recommend using the Decora semi-custom cabinet line that Design Right Kitchens is selling."

"We were referred to Gary at Design Right from a friend. My wife & I met with Gary at his showroom/office and things began to move quickly. He gave us good advice by making suggestions and getting the most out of our small space. This is the first time we ever re-did a kitchen so Gary's knowledge and tips were super helpful. The cabinets arrived on time & all went well with installation. Since the job was completed we have gotten more compliments on our kitchen than you could imagine, including by the different contractors working on the job. One of the carpenters even started taking pictures and said something to the affect of "Boy this is one of the nicer kitchens we have done, I want to show my wife!". In the end it was a great decision to go with Gary at Design Right. In these days of people making false promises & not living up to expectations, this was not the case in this remodel. And great communication back & forth during the waiting period while the custom cabinets were being produced. We were not kept in the dark wondering about delivery. Thanks again Gary & we will refer you to any of our family or friends."
