"The was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen….the first room hadn’t been vacuumed and was disgusting. There were toenail clippings on the floor, toilet hadn’t been brushed in weeks, hair on bathroom floor and sink. I asked for another room, and that was no better. Pics of second room. I pulled back sheets , and they were covered with little hairs- clearly sheets hadn’t been changed. The aren’t many options at 9pm in Warwick or I would have left. They came and put new sheets in and did a quick vacuum either an ancient ineffective vacuum cleaner. You can have an old-run down place, but put the effort into cleaning it!"

"I'm 78 years old this is the worst ever place I stayed. Some furniture would have helped, no cups, no ice. no room service. We made are beds, took out the trash. got our own towels. I think this place is for people not staying along time."

"Only positive is it's in the middle of Warwick. This service belongs in slums. Got a late check in tonight by a drunk kid and his friends who were just tryin to party and were just drinking alcohol out in the lobby. Was rushed out the office and they was doing shots while locking the office doors and walking away laughing after they said there wasn't enough parking for us. Got our room and was used towels on floor, "nasty" stains in the toilet, smelling musty and like a dog stayed there. Too nasty to even stay there tonight. Kid that checked us in was just blasting music out his place nd getting trashed in the parking lot when we left. We just spent the the extra money and went to holiday inn in Chester. This place ain't worth the risk. It's nasty."

"Although this place underwent major renovations and the rooms are basic but clean and beautiful, beds very comfortable, their service is not up to pare with the renovations. We stayed three days and three days our showers were ice cold. The much needed refrigerator for expressed breast milk did not work. There was absolutely no housekeeping service, beds never made, no towels, etc. There is also a shortage of parking for the amount of rooms. We had to squeeze behind a dumpster behind the building."
