I am claustrophobic and was offered music via headphones, and a blindfold which both helped the MRI experience to be much better than another local facility that I tried last year. Thanks."

"First impressions speak volumes. Entry is not welcoming or clean looking. No private area to “drink the barium”. I was uncomfortable in the general wait g area. Reception not very professional. However, the tech Annie, and radiologist Rich were VERY informative, comforting and knowledge. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease."

"Terrible Patient Care, I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating they called me and ask me to come in at 8:15 AM that my appointment was at 8:45AM however they did not bring me back until 9:15 AM. They said sorry we are running late because our patient was late. The lack of planning of another patients does not mean I have to now suffer because they were late. Then the Older lady at the front has the nerve to tell me that I could reschedule my appointment if I want to . I was there in time and ready for my testing I seriously sat there for a hour because she had already taken my co-payment. Oh yes they take that before they even tell you to please take a seat !! I drive 40 minutes from where I live to get there so NO I am not going to reschedule!! Like no you should had advise the patient that was late that now they had to reschedule. I was sent there by my ONGYN and I wanted to have my CT scan at Garnet however he said it was faster at this place. Well their patient care rates them a zero in my book."

"Technician was great. However the two at guest checking came across as I was interrupting their phone text conversations. Did not care can't speak load enough to hear. Place looked old dirty and over used. Going elsewhere. Had used them for many years. Staff at front main reception area were to busy on phone. No one in waitibg at that time. Also had to rebook because app sent me to wrong location 30 miles away. New owner don't care just a number to them"

"My appointment was at 10am I got lost and was 45 minutes late. They were so gracious when I got there , fitted me into their schedule without having me to make a new appointment . I was very pleased with the service . They explained what they were going to do and why and how. All in all, it was an excellent experience. They had my comfort in mind."
