"I hate to give a bad review, but I learned my lesson and I will not use this agency ever again due to the following reasons: 1- They promised to provide Hajj belt & slippers, but they didn’t. I had to get my own. 2- They are disorganized, and everyone did their Unmrah on their own. 3- There is no guide. So if you don’t know Hajj/Unmrah etiquette, good luck. You’ll be so lost. 4- There is no communication and the ladies were left in the dark not knowing what’s going on and what’s happening next. 5- They promised a partial refund, which they didn’t deliver. 6- Our tent was so tiny, crowded with no working AC. So it was boiling in there. 7- The overall experience was horrible and the services provided was below 1 star. Final thought: I’ll never use this agency again for the reasons mentioned above."
