"Just had the worst experience as a customer. Very dumbfounded the way I’ve been treated today, specially by the OWNER NICK LUGO. I’m aware that in every business it is all about the money, but great customer service is what keeps the customers coming back. I had a traveled consent notorized by a young lady that I’m not sure is a notary a few days prior. Today I come in and have another letter notarized for my second child to travel. I noticed both letters were notorized differently and I brought it up to NICK LUGO’s attention and instead of fixing the minor issue he REQUESTS MORE MONEY for a (signature) that the young lady did not do prior visit. He gets angry when I say I’m not paying again for a mistake the young lady did. He then furiously KICKS ME OUT & TELLS ME TO NEVER COME BACK... wow. I can’t tell everyone not to go into to his business but, expect DISGUSTINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Nick."
