"Jessica Tartaglione was my stylist. Extremely friendly and was able to work fast. This was my first time going to the salon and was pleased of its cleanliness. However, I am disappointed in a few things. My appointment started approx 27 minutes late and I was in a time crunch, it certainly took away from my enjoyment of the service. I understand this happens a few minutes here and there but almost 30 minutes was not acceptable for my situation. I also did not like that when booking my appointment there was no mention of a charge if using debit/credit."

I have really thick hair and every other hairdresser I’ve gone to makes some sort of comment about how much hair I have or how much time it takes but Jessica actually complimented my hair and made me feel comfortable.
