"Good hair cut. Deduct one star because of the wait time despite appointments"

"This place is run by careless amateurs. Absolutely horrible. I went in yesterday afternoon 9/22/23 with long shoulder length hair and requested layers and to keep the length as it was. The stylist even repeated this back to me. TWICE! Then she goes on to cut off all of my hair and jokingly says “Is that enough off for ya?” I said “That’s too much, I wanted to keep it long” She just shrugs and says something about how I wanted layers. She also cut the back of my neck while using clippers that she should not have even been using in the first place. I don’t know her name, and I’m not trying to be insulting here, but she’s the lady with a hunchback. I’ve seen her there quite a few times, but this will most definitely be my last time stepping into that salon ever again. I’m appalled that she even had the nerve to meet me at the checkout register, as I should not have had to pay a dime for having my hair destroyed."

"I was over due for a haircut and decided on a whim to go in today. This location has always accommodated my spur of the moment idea to get my hair cut and I have always been very happy with the service. Unfortunately not today... My stylist was Mary Kay. She started off joking and chatty until it came time for my requests... I told her I had a few. 1st to trim the length and keep the long layers. 2nd to trim my side swipe bang. And 3rd to buzz down the sides of my head which are already short. She seemed a bit hesitant but she got to work. I wasn't sure which attachment I wanted for the shaved sides because this was the first time I was getting it maintained, this seemed to be the beginning of the issues. She tried a few attachments to which I kept wanting to go shorter. After the 3rd one, I just said it was OK because I felt like I was annoying her. She then moved to the length which was done quickly. She then pulled my bangs forward and said, "let's address... this..." I explained the length I was looked for and she kind of scoffed at it. She then brushed it all out and began to blow dry my hair. I said "oh, did you put the long layers?" She stopped and looked me and with a tone she said, "no... you said you wanted to grow them out..." I said, "I wanted to keep them." She just looked at me and said, "ok..." She quickly and halfheartedly cut my layers. Then told me to run my fingers through and see how it feels. She took the smock off so even if I was unhappy with it, it wouldn't have mattered. I got home and my husband had to reshape the sides of my head because she left patches of hair! And there was an entire section that wasn't cut it the length, it was completely missed. This was completely unacceptable and I'm not happy that I paid for this experience."

"Had a great experience having my hair cut and colored. Elizabeth was more than nice to me and I will be revisiting her in the future. She did a beautiful job! I would recommend her very highly"

"This is the worst Supercuts I've ever been too. If your on the younger side unfortunately the hair dressers don't know how to cut the hair style trends correctly. One of the hair dressers was really nasty with me , I showed her a picture she said there's no way to do that cut without chopping tons of my lengths but I showed her many pictures where it could be done on longer hair . I would only go here for a hair trim"
