"I took my daughter for her birthday and it was terrific. We did a full body massage and foot massage. It was amazing and we are super happy. Place was clean and Staff was very kind. It’s a good idea to use Google Translate to communicate better. We are very pleased with the service!"

"I went with my best friend and we had purchased the massages on Groupon or whatever she used. Well there was some confusion and it took 20 minutes of Google translate to figure it out cause they don't speak english. Which is fine untill there is a problem. We bought 2 separate massages and were put into a 2 bed room which we tried explaining separate and they didn't understand so 2 beds it was. Massage was less than stellar. I'm actually bruised the next day and I don't bruise easily. Wasn't a good feeling. She also tore the skin on my little toe during the foot massage and let me tell you it hurts. They are have lower prices because the REQUIRE a $10 tip per hour. Which I'd tip anyway but required tips should just be included in the price. They talked most of the massage and kept going in and out while we had just towels on us. 10/10 would recommend you go somewhere else. Sorry for the gross toe pic but I'm mad!"

"I took my nephew for our Christmas massages. Imagine my surprise and unhappiness when they spent the entire hour in a prone position! They left the room a few times to get towels.. Spoke with therapist using Google translate then the manager. Was told most people only want the massage prone. Told them as an LMT myself that needs to be discussed before the massage. Also..give the client a hot towel.at the end; don't interrupt the massage. If you get a 1 hour massage- talk to therapist first about your needs!!!"

"I bought myself a 60 minutes Full-Body Massage for my birthday, and it was terrific! Lulu was attentive and applied very comfortable pressures. She asked me if the pressure was ok frequently to ensure that I was fine with the pressures throughout the one hour massage. The warm towels and warm oil were very relaxing. The music was soft and soothing. I absolutely would recommend Go Relax Day Spa! I plan to treat myself with a massage more often at Go Relax Day Spa!!! Thank You Lulu for making my spa experience so special for my birthday!"

"My biggest issue is that the two ladies tried to bully me into tipping 40% of the cost of the massage. I was already tipping 20% and was told that was too little. It made me not want to tip at all. Before that I had been thinking I would come back regularly. The massage was amazing. Definitely deep tissue. The place seems clean. There is a little bit of language barrier, but Google translate works. I don't like being bullied, so I won't be going back."
