"Here we go ! So I been coming to bliss for about a year now… Its close to new years and the manger( my goto tech #2) isn’t present due to him being on vacation. I still decide to get what I need done because I’m used to the shop and environment is usually pleasant. I get my feet done now onto my nails I asked this young lady that did my feet if she knew how to wrap nails and she said yes. She begins to do me and she’s applying the powder and I noticed by the 3rd nail they’re all thick so I ask again and say “hey do you know what you’re doing because it doesn’t look how it usually does when I get powder applied?” I’m sitting besides tech #6 and #4 . Tech # 5 laughs and during that two other techs looked at my nails and from there I knew she was messed up. I gave tech 5 a min to answer the question and now I’m saying “it’s either a yes or no I’m not trying to be funny or rude because I can’t sit all day if you can’t move efficiently and give me quality work.” Tech # 4 helps me out and gets another lady to do them . Fast forward I left the salon with a unfinished set because tech 5 knew she was playing with my REAL NAILS I GROW OUT and didn’t want to be HONEST. I also had togo as I had other things to do . I was in there from 11am to 3pm. (pictures I will provide) Today 12/29/23 I come back and show the owners brother my nails and I tell him I want them fixed and I want to change the French tip color . The same tech that did me 12/28/23 is doing me and as she’s doing me we are discussing what I’d like done and all the sudden she’s acting oblivious of my set errors and how it’ll cost me more to get something fixed that I didn’t do. I tell her let’s speak to tech #3 the brothers manager because I showed him and we SET A $ for me to give . I show and tell him the same thing again for him to confirm the price I told her I’m paying since it’s what WE came up with understanding I left with an unfinished set. As she gets ready to Im still talking and I’m otp while all of this is occurring she says something about me being broke . One thing I don’t tolerate is disrespect. I even told her if you don’t want to fix my nails you gotta tell your manger plus one of her coworkers was playing in my nails yesterday as she knows this. The young lady even sit to watch how she applies powder. I use my money I work hard for and expect customer service to be great. I’m not disrespectful so it rubbed me the wrong way. I called her lame and older than me saying this . I laughed like that card you never pull on people who bringing you money. Yesterday I left with my nails not looking how i usually get them and still tipped and gave her 5 and I regret that. The tech that did my nails sits by the window where the dryers for regular polish is. I don’t recommend going to her unless you want to be disrespected and looked at less than knowing you help keep her paid.Also too ladies ask people in the salon who they goto you don’t want to be there for hours for anyone to play with you getting good service."

"Absolutely amazing spot all around. Such welcoming and positive environment and artists! The techs absolutely exceeded my expectations and the prices are unbeatable . I’ve had such horrible experiences with different salons in the past but this one is definitely a 10/10, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get my nails done ."

"I have had my eyelashes done here on multiple occasions without any complications. Today, I had eyelashes applied by an individual with whom I am not familiar with. Due to her delay in removing the eyelash glue/adhesive from the underside of my lid, it dried. It was difficult to remove the dried adhesive by the time she attempted to do so after she had finished applying my lashes. My eyelid became irritated after approx 5 mins of her rubbing my lower lid and attempting to remove it with tweezers. Since the nail salon owner wasn’t there, I complained to the manager, who said the glue on my eyelid was a result of my persistent blinking. I explained to him that the glue should’ve been removed from my eyelid as soon was noticed and before it had a chance to harden and become difficult to remove regardless of how it got there. It was neglectful to attempt to remove dried eyelash glue after the eyelashes had been applied. My complaints were disregarded and no apologies or discounts were extended. So I ended up paying $35 with tax for an eye irritation. I'm never going back, and I'm telling my friends and family who are customers to stop spending money on a business that doesn't care about their customers' well-being. I strongly advise everybody who reads this to do the same!"

"Terrible hygiene!!! They use the same nail files, feet scrubbers, tools all dirty on everyone. I won’t go back. No type of delicacy for each individual client. A city inspector should go and close it down. They reuse everything when it’s supposed to be disponible. The wax looks nasty. They use the same stick for everybody. The scrubs are out in the open and every worker sticks their hand inside with dirty gloves. Won’t go back. Don’t recommend."

"I've been going to Bliss Nails and Spa Inc for roughly over a year now, and I think I can leave a review about it now that I've had a good amount of visits. :) I've been on the search for a good nail salon for a very long time. A place that does nail art, along with making sure all your nails are painted correctly and shaped evenly; and I finally found it! I usually get my nails filed and shaped by Dina (she is gentle and amazing at taking care of your nails), and then An would design my nails to how I want it. A great tag team! I attempted to go to another nail salon in the beginning of this year (worst mistake), and ended up with thin, uneven nails that was filed into my skin because I couldn't make an appointment last minute with Bliss (book ahead of time, they get busy). Which in return, ruined my nails for a good 2 months before it grew out. Dina basically tried their best to take care of my nails after that to make sure not to file too close to my skin. Anyway, just go to Bliss Nails, their prices are a little higher but I'm willing to pay more for quality I can trust."
