"$20 for a soak off is insane. Especially when acrylic is left on your nails or they try to pry the nails off using a metro card. It’ll be $10 plus your new set which is just as dumb, charging me more because i don’t want a new set. The other nail salons in the area are better or even Sugar Coat Nail Lounge !"

"My sister and I came here for the first time yesterday. We came really late, they close at 8pm and we got there at 7:30, but they still took us. The work was great and not rushed even though they were supposed to be closing up. They quickly fixed any issues or unevenness in my acrylic gel set every time I asked without complaint. Tran did a great job on my set. I am very happy. I recommend Yuu, Le, and Tran, also the man that was doing pedicures seemed to be really nice and friendly."

"Not the greatest, not the worst. The nail aspect is "okay" but customer service is disgusting. I wanted to get additional services but it seemed like they really didn't even care. I could have dropped another $50-60 there easily but no one would answer me clearly and didn't even look at me when they provided their half answers. The place is not sanitary either so there's that but compared to most of the other places in the area they're on par with the grossness level. Idk... Maybe if they treated me like a human they would have received 4 stars but it is what it is."
