My son enjoys going and has taken very well to the teachers and the school setting atmosphere. He is learning and progressing more and more everyday thanks to their attention to each student. "After having a baby in the pandemic and being concern about development and social skills from my daughter not interacting with children in her age group, It was very important that once she turn 2 years old, I find a school where is clean, where she feels welcome and safe, where learning and development is top priority, operations hours are accommodating for people who work 9-5. "I love this place and so does my son. As a single parent I deeply appreciate the staff being nice, understanding and caring, and the Director of The Learning Ladder, Ms. Danni, really cares about the children and works with the parents. I’m grateful for their hours as well, a facility opened for 12 hours really helps especially since not everyone works a 9-5 job. The facility is well thought of. My son is happy and that makes me a happy parent. The staff is amazing with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my son get excited about going to daycare/preschool here. My son is only 2 years old and he has improved so much. I love that he is socializing with other kids his age. He has so much fun. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. Everything is always neat, clean and tidy. The activities and the communication is wonderful.
