"Mr. Brennan represented us as the real estate attorney for us regarding the recent sale of our home. The transaction was a bit tricky as we were buying a home out of state and selling our home in NJ at the same time. Due to some clerical errors made on the buyers side of things, the closing of our transaction was delayed and impacted the purchase of our new home. To say the least, it was a high anxiety situation. However, Mr. Brennan, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve the matter. He even went as far as to reach out to the title company for the home that we were buying out of state ( a transaction that he was technically not part of and not being paid for) to help resolve the situation. In this entire transaction, in both states, I have dealt with multiple realtors, title companies, and mortgage loan officers and NONE have been as detailed, organized, communicative and invested as Mr. Brennan was.
