Reviews
"The review is for Frost Fest December 2023: the fair has potential. Very few places where you can acquire food/drinks. $8 for hot cocoa and $6 for hot apple cider. They have plenty rides with different levels of adventure. You'd end up paying $30-$40 if you do 5 of them. Rather expensive. The souvenir shop has little options and ridiculous prices ($15 for a flat wooden Christmas ornament!)."
"I enjoy Luna Park at Coney Island. It’s really beautiful and I get to ride every ride. I came here on Fourth Of July. It was so fun and we got to see lots of fireworks by the beach side! You should also try the Mexican Cemitas! The best chicken sandwiches ever!!! Enjoyable with family!"
"We brought the unlimited pass for 4 hours to Luna Park in Coney Island. Great place amazing rides that are for all ages. We drove a parked several blocks away. After we walked up and down the boardwalk. Tons of places to eat. Some lines seemed long but usually moved quickly. While some amazing rides had no line at all on the day we went! Great place for the family or just friends looking to do an amusement park."
"A variety of rides on the boardwalk at Coney Island. Really a collection of small parks not always directly accessible from one to the other so it can be a little confusing. We got wristbands via a New York Pass which excluded a few of the bigger rides like the Cyclone, but there's still enough for all ages from preschoolers upwards. You can pay for the bigger rides as well if you wish. The wheel was a separate park and wasn't on when we visited, but the weather had been poor all day before our early evening visit. There was supposed to be fireworks on Friday evening but these hadn't materialised by the time we left just after 10, again maybe weather related. All parts of the park are accessible from the boardwalk and a stroll up and down is a nice way to break up the rides. Very vibrant and busy in the evening and a good selection of food and drink outlets if you want to eat or just sit and watch. Really good 3 or 4 hours as an option, slightly off the main NYC tourist trail."
"We went during the week so it wasn’t crowded, we had so much fun ! There was’t much info (other than the height) about kids rides so we weren’t sure if my 4 yr old could ride some on her own, it was great to discover some mild rides for this age. There is no entrance fee, you pay a pass for unlimited rides or pay per ride."
