"Decent company if you are buying a number of items. BUT, if you have an issue with any of those items, that is when their service is awful. That typical "you probably didn't flush right" or "are you sure you turned the handle all the way". After about 50 emails that my NEW toliet wasn't right, they finally sent someone, changed the mechanism and fast forward years later and all is well. Called them a few years later for a question about another item purchased, can't get a call back. They only want straight sales. Again, if you get a lemon, be prepared for very stressful dealings with this horrible company. It's very unfortunate."

"F.W. Webb's Showroom in Newburgh had exactly what I needed for my bathroom re-model. Rebecca Hervey was phenomenal - I called her the Ace Representative and she is. Ms. Hervey helped to choose a shower stall, sink, tub and the tub's faucet set. She did not try to upsell me - I was already sold on many of the items in the storeroom and had the budget to cover the costs. When the workmen came to deliver the items to our new home, they were prompt, courteous and 100% professional. Next bathroom re-do, I would 100% recommend this organization and its Ace Representative Rebecca Hervey."

"Company that lies and takes advantage of out of town customers. Bought 8 of these other day. When they rang them up they came to $17.45 each. I almost fell over as I just purchased same amount in same company in hometown and they were $ 4.44 each. The counter guy said we only carry domestic and the ones I bought were import. Ok ridiculous but need them so pay for them. After getting back to job site open bag and guy from counter mispicked 1 and it was wrong size. So back to store and he says go back and swap out. So I do and guess what. I find a shelf of import. He says oh well We only have 1 price. My advise is to stay away unless your a big company and don't care about charging customers high prices and lying."

"This plumbing supply company is outstanding. The retail area has such neatly organized aisles/shelves with EVERYTHING one needs including specialty items not typically found at smaller suppliers. The employee staff is very accommodating and go above and beyond to help. Email communication is probably the best I've ever had. When they say they'll get back to you - they do! Being out of town - this was a great experience, especially to work with Josh who helped out with a warranty claim. He is a great asset to the company. I will return their with my business whenever possible."
