"Worst place I have ever been with my grandchildren! When we walked in the girl looked at us like we were bothering her and continued to have a conversation on her personal phone regarding cupcakes. The kids were not given any instruction, we assumed they needed jackets and glasses since the two other kids had them on. Apparently none of the 4 kids there were stirring fast enough because the girl pulled the bowls from the kids and completed it herself. My granddaughter was not allowed to wash her hands after having an allergic reaction so we had to run down the mall until we could find a restroom. We are out of state and had no idea where we were going. I understand allergic reaction couldn't have been their fault but a little water would have been nice, instead we got attitude. $80 for an awful attitude, rudeness and employee made slime."

"Staff is rude like I mean really rude, even rude to the kids. This should have been a fun thing for the kids to do but the staff did most of the work because they didn't have the patience for my kids to actually do it. Also we were there for about 20 minutes because she rushed through it and clearly wanted us to leave so she could get back to ripping up a wall? I paid $70 for the staff to physically rip slime out of my child's hand. The energy in the establishment is just terrible because the employees are so rude and miserable. I even watched someone try to deny service because they close in an hour and a half?! I have been so excited for my kids to get old enough to come here and i was so disappointed by the way were so rudely treated and the fact that my kids barely had fun. My daughter even had an allergic reaction and they wouldn't even give her some water to rinse her hands. I get why this place is dead on a saturday, kids would rather play in the disney zone than be rudely treated by some teenagers. I hope they get the karma they deserve!!"

"We had an amazing experience celebrating my kid's birthday at this place! The schedule and activities were brilliantly planned, capturing the kids' attention from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my child had a fantastic day. Highly recommend for a stress-free and enjoyable celebration!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this place. My daughter was turning 5 and I decided to try hosting her birthday party outside of the house for the first time. Luckily, I chose The Slime Factory Powered by Maddie Rae located at The Menlo Park Mall. The staff was awesome! The entire staff was very accommodating , friendly, and welcoming. When we walked through the door they already had another session in progress, but they still took the time to stop my daughter, greet her properly and wish her a happy birthday (receiving that individualized attention and making her feel special) . Faith (The Instructor) was fun, happy, enthusiastic and most of all, patient (Party of 7 kids) . Faith did an amazing job walking all the kids though making the slime . As they were making the slime in their little lab coats, they got to listen to good music , see the cool wall decorations, enjoy the bright vibrant colorful theme of the place, the vibes all around, top notch. I would highly recommend it!"

"If you’re looking for NOT 10 top things to do in NJ, this is one of them. $35 per person. What to expect: Hourly classes Parties are sat with walk-ins Two slimes made Slime wall to place a piece on 3 minute slime tub No bathrooms, no place to wash your hands. First off, the staff has zero empathy for the kids.. there’s simply no leadership or organization to what’s going on. I get it, the job is extremely difficult for the staff there.. unfortunately all you can hear from them are complaints. The jackets don’t get washed so don’t even grab one of them.. I saw the employees just take it out of the bin and place it back on the hanger."
