"The Sunday store hours read.... online and at the front door sign states that the business is open until 5pm but when I got there at 3:30 the store was CLOSED. I will never go back again. Parking is a nightmare in Metuchen...from reading other unsatisfied customers obviously run by a bunch of questionable morons. I hope UPS headquarters is or should be investigating who they are entrusting their franchise."
"This place is fantastic! I arrived with 40 boxes just before closing. The kind lady behind the counter not only stayed open late but also helped me bring in the boxes and label everything, all with a smile. I highly recommend this place!"

"I come into the store a few times a month to do faxes, or scan and print things. I must say I know the basics but I’m really not that tech savvy. Every time I come in Buthaina always greets me with a smile she usually knows what I need. While helping me she is also so helpful to the other customer as it can get quite busy sometimes. She is professional, fast, helpful, and overall just a great employee. I’m always happy to see her there because I know if I need help with something she will not hesitate to help me. Buthaina is phenomenal."
"Stopped by just the first time today to drop off a package at before 1:30pm, quick and easy drop off and both the men on staff were accommodating and helpful. Nice having a UPS drop off location within easy walking distance of the Metuchen downtown!"
