"I went to Cold Spring for a day trip with friends, and when we stumbled into Blue Olive, I had to try their Silcilian Lemon Balsalmic Vinegar and their Dill Olive Oil! I left with a bottle of Dill Infused Olive Oil and cooked with it this morning and my word is it exceptional! Thank yall!"

"What a gem of a place! Stumbled upon this sweet shop after a hike at bear mountain. What an amazing selection of oils, vinegars and olives. Came home, tried all the goodies we purchased and can’t wait to go back go more!"
