"Sadly, the manager of this store wouldn't give me a price adjustment on an item that was too big to bring back into the store. I had him pull up the transaction on his computer via the phone, he found it, verified I deserved the price adjustment but wouldn't make the correction without me having to drag the item back in.. I found another manager from another location, to do it. Adios Middletown"
