"I had such a hard time getting a smoker from other hardware stores. Than I went to Costello's Ace hardware on Victory Blvd to see if they had anything in stock. After extensive research I decided I would go with the Oklahoma Joe's Hyland smoker. I went there Sunday afternoon and seen the many options they offered and finally ordered the one I researched. Can you believe it was delivered to me Monday afternoon in a box that was clean and squared (if you know what I mean). They offered to put it together and still deliver it to me, this thing is about 185 Lbs. I am so happy with the customer service I received. Now I am adding some modifications door gaskets, thermometer probe gasket, extra shelves, and additional temperature gauge."
