"I had a great experience working with this shop for a bathroom remodel. From my first visit, when I was just browsing to get ideas, to my last, the staff was professional, courteous, creative, helpful and fun to work with. There’s a lot to choose from and something for all budgets. I met Annie on my first trip and we hit it off. She guided me through the process and products, and helped me coordinate colors for the tile as well as the grout, wall paint, and vanity. What started as a daunting task quickly became a “piece of cake.” I really appreciated having a counter and stands on which to place the tile boards (where I took lots of pics) as I tried to narrow down my choices. They kept track of my selections at the end of each visit till I was ready to order. I was shopping in Nanuet, NY, but my project was in Wash., DC, so my order was ready and waiting there for my contractor before my start date. For my next project, I will be going back to choose a kitchen backsplash!"

"I provide custom home remodeling services in and around Fairport, NY (near Rochester). I, and more importantly, my customers regularly use The Tile Shop in Henrietta, NY. So, what's that have to do with the store in Nanuet? Recently, the Henrietta store manager, Jamie Wing, has begun an extensive 'remodeling' of the Nanuet store. Jamie was asked by the regional manager (Sean Storie) to help bring the store up to the excellent standards set at other stores in the region. He asked the best person to make that happen. Jamie brings Nanuet a wealth of knowledge in the tile industry, from kitchens and bathrooms to exterior spaces. She is wonderful with my customers (as is the staff she has left behind), as many people are intimidated or overwhelmed by the selection process.
