"Awful nightmare experience. We went to this store and purchased some tile and a vanity at Nanuet. The products were not available in the store, so they said West Hartford could ship the items. Ok, fine. We then receive a text for PICK UP at the West Hartford store, which is over 2 hours away? We call Nanuet and they say call West Hartford, and then they say call Nanuet. It took a couple days to sort out, but then we received delivery..... but only the tile, not the vanity! Had to call again to get that squared away. A couple days later, the vanity is delivered but it's damaged. The shipper won't take it back because it was not opened and inspected on delivery. Called F&D at Nanuet and they say you need to bring it to West Hartford.....over 2 hours away. If you go to any F&D, treat it as a separate company from other F&Ds. They do not coordinate and treat each other like competitors. Never buy anything here unless they have it in stock and it can fit in your car. We are still not settled with this nightmare of buying a simple vanity! Sold all my FND stock too!"
