"I used to think this place was 5 star. Their staff is nice and helpful and the product range is usually decent. But recently they are changing how they operate. They have more samples in the store than actual product and if you want a floor they don’t have in stock then you pay for the shipping costs. Why advertise products that can only be shipped at $250??? So beware, if it’s not there it’s another $250 shipped to store then you pick up. Don’t offer those products that don’t ship to store for free."
"Love Floor and Decor. I went to Home Depot right before and the customer service was horrible and limited selection. Floor and decor doesn’t disappoint. They have so much to choose from at every price point. I always work with Andre for the last 6 years. Unfortunately my only issue is I wish Floor and Decor had more Andre’s since he was pulled away before we could finalize the choices. The sales associate who assisted with finalizing order were Rosalia and Tacice who were outstanding. They were very patient and made my transaction smoother. Overall I will continue to choose Floor and decor over their competitors."
"This location has a great selection of tiles, wood & etc. Floor & Decor in general is one of the best flooring places out there. If you know what you’re looking for this place is a breeze but if you need assistance from a staff member you might have some issues. It seems like they’re understaffed and the front counter associates are a bit lost. Worth a trip to see items like tile in person but I’m sure the experience online is better."
