VN Nails

"The owner is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. Her staff was lovely but you never see the same nail techs twice. I guess they get smart and leave quickly. They gave me nail polish that somehow changed color on my vacation. I asked for a discount on my next visit due to the problem from my prior visit. The owner started screaming at me and telling me I would not get a discount. The nail tech felt bad and told me not to tip her, I said no, the owner should be providing a discount not you and left tipping the nail tech( the prior visit was with a different nail tech).I forgot something and returned back to the store and the owner was talking about me to the clients in the salon. You lost a client over a five dollar discount."

"Straight trash. Place smelled. Staff was sleep on the couch . Stood there for 5 mins or so before anyone noticed me. Then the staff who was slump on the couch legit told me it would cost $20. Yes, $20 to replace one nail. It's no wonder the place was empty! So I say again straight trash!! Deserve no stars. Negative 1000 ! The absolute nerve of a dump to try and charge that much!"

"Stay away - Gave it a shot despite the poor reviews in a pinch for a simple mani/pedi - Experience was unsanitary (was seated at station immediately following another client with zero effort to clean in between and had to wipe away nail dust and oil drips myself) with unjustifiably high prices - Left with a full set of air bubbles on all fingers and toes, total waste of time -"

"Very rude owner! I am not sure what happened today! I came to get my eyebrows done here which I always do and was asked where I went to get them done last time. I told her I had been away & someone did them for me since I wasn’t in the area. She immediately got mad and said if I go to another person don’t come here again. She stated she would refuse my service because it’s not fair to her to be fixing mistakes. Which also was weird because my eyebrows were not messed up. I came here after 3 weeks just as I would if she did them previously. I was totally blown away by this since I have been coming here for years & with my daughter as well! I asked her why she was talking to me this way & being so rude and she had no response besides I don’t want you to come back. So I said ok soon as you finish I will leave and you lost a great customer. She actually said Good! Thank you don’t come back! Once again completely blown away. She didn’t do a great job & I feel like it was out of spite, but I will find a new place and get them fixed so it’s all good. It’s crazy because people come from many different mail salons & there are walk ins all the time from all over & I wonder if she talks to them this way. Trust I will never come here again. You literally lost a great customer. I will be reaching out to the BBB! I’m also going to post this on all social platforms as well as doing reviews on every platform! Goodbye VN nails!!!!"

"Carla did my gel nails and she was amazing! Despite some other bad reviews i read i decided to give this place a shot. Turned out VERY well and i will be back as a regular. $24 for gel nails which makes it easier to tip a little extra. And still the total amount spent is less than standard rate for other salons. I highly recommend"
