"I have been a customer for about two years. My nails always come out great. I always get a lot of compliments. Just this weekend while at a conference the women loved my nails so much they were taking pictures. The atmosphere is always pleasant and warm. Thy is very professional and welcoming."

"I have never written a negative review before - but the experience I had here was exceptionally difficult. My nail technician took two hours and ten minutes to do a UV gel fill (I’ve had probably 50 gel fills in my life, never once has one taken this long) and knicked my fingers repeatedly with the drill drawing blood twice. The shape came out quite uneven, and you can see through the white polish to the nail in large streaks on my French tips. When it came time for payment, I was charged an additional $5 dollars for a shape change even though I did not change my shape? In addition to an already $60 dollar manicure, which once again after 50+ manicures I’ve never paid so much for a fill - let alone a poor quality one where I was cut. I’m sorry to say this was a very negative experience that felt dishonest."

"Beautiful new location and very sweet staff. My friend and I went for a mani pedi that took 2.5 hours. The dry pedi was a really cool and different experience. Love how sanitary everything was. I took off a star because the staff was a little new that was taking care of us and it made the experience a little disjointed. Their sweetness and genuine care though made it definitely a place I’d return to!"

"Pros: Beautiful salon. Staff is friendly. Owner/nail artist, Tyh, is amazing. Cons: Tyh is such a wonderful nail tech, she is in high demand so I’m not always able to book with her. But if I have the time, I don’t mind a small wait for an amazing job!"
