"Specifically asked for Jose two times. He wasn't there. The rest of the staff don't speak English fluently. Which is fine. But i got the worst haircut ever. And they charged me $22, even though the online booking shows $20. Never going here ever again."

"Worst experience. Booked a 9 am appointment with Jose, but he wasnt there.I entered at 8.59 am and the only barber present gave my slot to someone else. Waited for 20 min before a woman barber joined. She was inexperienced as she gave me many cuts while shaving. The beard was not aligned equal on both sides. It is okay as she was learning. But then they charged me $35 when their board said $30 for Gold service. The appointment also mentioned $30 as the charge. Since the guy could not operate the billing machine, he ended up putting $36 as final cost and couldnt change it. I had to pay $36. I also tipped the lady. This happened on 09/07/2021."
