"I would give this place a zero star if I could. I live in Harrison and I have been going here several times for my red hair. Although the services are quite expensive for Harrison but Mary does a wonderful job and that keeps me going back. This time, I tried to make an appointment on a Saturday as usual, but they didn't have an open spot on Saturdays so I asked if they open on MLK day and the receptionist said yes. The word "MLK" and the day's date were mentioned several times during the communication. The receptionist even confirmed my appointment for 1/15 at 11am. I was asked to make a deposit, which the title for the deposit was "Appointment on 1/15". Yet nothing was mentioned that they are closed on Mondays until I walked to the salon this morning and saw that the salon was closed. However, since I had an appointment, I waited for 15-20 minutes in 20 degree windchill to make sure that I didn't make a mistake. I texted and called but no response and later realized that the establishment is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This is extremely unprofessional that I wasn't told that the salon is closed on Mondays during our communication."

"I'm very sorry to be very honest but the place doesn't know how to do a person hair which is thick coarse texture. If you have that type of hair don't come here at all. Now they're very nice people and they offer you bottled water. And they do a great job on people who have thin Pantene pro-v type hair. So I would recommend for those types of hair."
