"Went to a guy with glasses and he wasn’t even listening to what I said, messed me up and cut over 2 1/2 inches of hair when I only wanted him to cut off a little bit like I asked for and even when I told him he still cut way more than I asked him to cut, left the back length way to long as well. And I have scissor marks all over my hair now. really bad customer service."

"I've seen some nice reviews here but my experience was very bad. I forgot the name of the guy I had but he cut my hair so roughly that I had cuts on the edges. It hurt throughout the haircut. He was talking to other people and leaving and rejoining the haircut for no reason. I usually get haircuts at Great clips I think I'll go back to that. Not worth the 20 bucks."
