"So I called for an appointment and scheduled my two boys. My wife took them in and saw the prices on the wall and after cutting their hair went to go pay. They then told her it would be ten dollars more. She asked why, because you made an appointment they said. She asked if we just walked in. Would it be less?. Yes, they responded, “take it up with the boss” he said and laughed. My wife paid them without argument, (not something I would have done). So basically you are being punished for making their day easier by scheduling ahead. It’s a bait and switch tactic, the price is listed on the wall, you come in, service performed, now you ask for more money that listed on the wall? No. Also, I just saw pics, and they did a terrible job cutting my sons hair. The kids had school pictures and i needed a place, I should have read the reviews, most are negative . Go somewhere else. Anywhere else."

"The new barber Katie ( I believe that is her name) she butchered my sons hair today which took 1 hour in the chair! She shaved his cowlick because she didn’t know what it was. All while the gentlemen who have a long history with us, sat there and shrugged. I figured that I don’t need to be selective because they surely wouldn’t hire sub par people. How dare you hire such an incompetent talentless barber. At my sons expense. How dare any of you act like that was acceptable!"
