"This most be the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. If your not in the medical field and u don’t know what standard medical practice is you would say it’s a good experience. But my visit to this dentist was horrible. 1. They have me doing X-rays in the same room that they supposed to be Sterilizing the instruments. The instrument was left in the open where any guests can tamper with a solution. 2. They took me from the X-ray room to a operating room , where I noticed a Major health violation. The peel pouch(the blue bag)that the instrument was place in was wet. I ask both the lady that did my X-ray and the dentist why is it wet they say it’s normal. I told the doctor to change those instruments. So you understand wet and moist surfaces is where bacteria and micron grow."

"I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like my experience should be highlighted. Dr. Frank is a class act. He's definitely an OG. in the field and knows his stuff. He made me feel welcomed and quelled my anxiety about going to the dentist. I try very hard to take care of my teeth and avoid going to the dentist after so many poor experiences. But I also know that the only way to properly look after your teeth is to have routine check-ups. I went in for a cracked wisdom tooth that was not impacted, but had been causing me immense pain. I was afraid of those nightmare cases you encounter online where people's faces swell to twice the size, and or you get "dry socket" from not being properly advised how to care for the extraction site. Dr. Frank had the experience to remove the tooth with zero! issue. Often times, these kinds of procedures would have to be referred to a surgeon, and the patient is left in a painful purgatory until you can get a surgeon. Thanks to his years of experience, I didn't have to endure any unnecessary pain. The after care was straight forward and clearly explained. I ended up healing exceptionally quickly, without any issue whatsoever. Lastly, his staff were sweet and professional. Even though I have terrible anxiety at dental offices, their warm welcoming demeanor and light hearted conversation made me feel a lot more relaxed. Everyone's "bed side manner" was exceptional, and I'm looking forward to my next check-up. I definitely recommend giving them a shot. Sincerely, Les"

"Dr. Frank is the coolest I have been going to him for about 5-6 years and it’s always a pleasure. His office is wonderful nothing but culture and history as soon as you walk in. His assistants are always polite and very well trained. Appointment scheduling SUPER EASY, transferring insurance companies SUPER EASY. There is nothing not to love when going go him. Well knowledgeable and always makes sure you’re safe and comfortable when doing procedures. Even if I move out the neighborhood I will continue to come To him."
