"Purchased some shoes online without realizing the store's policy about returns. No problem, that's my bad. But when I contacted the store to inquire about the return process, to make sure I was doing it exactly correct, I got no response. After three subsequent emails, I finally got a snotty response that essentially said "Go to the website and figure it out yourself." A less than spectacular customer service experience - to say the least - and I definitely won't be doing business with them again. With so many FANTASTIC online buying experiences setting the norm for customer experience, dealing with a retailer like this is something that ain't nobody got time for. Buy from Frankels at your own risk - and trust me, anything they've got, you can find somewhere else and get great customer service."

"Was really happy at time of purchase, however when we arrived home we noticed the boot was damaged I took it back the next day, still waiting for him to call me that the boots is ready. I asked for a new one he insisted on having it sent back to the company it’s two weeks and nothing I keep calling but nothing. Wondering if I will get the boots back before the spring. Terrible service that I bought a damaged product and he didn’t replace it there and then."
