"The most disorganized, dishonest store I’ve ever seen. They have one person standing at the register, while 10 people need help. I was at the store today, before making my purchase, I asked the lady behind the counter what their return policy is, the reply was “as long as it’s the same day, it’s money back” I took home 6 items, to which I returned a 1/2 hour later to return for money back. The lady behind the register said “sorry, we can only refund you for 4 items” I asked, why didn’t you say that to me when I asked your return policy 1/2 hour ago. They were extremely rude. They’re employees have zero Knowledge, they are understaffed and not trained. I walked out utterly disappointed. If they don’t treat customers right they will lose customers, like me. I’m never stepping foot into that store again!!!!!! Think again before shopping there. Rude rude rude!!!!!!!!!!! And they dupe you with their return policy, you need to read up on the walls, don’t trust them what they say!"

"Store is beautiful and large. New and modern, nice lighting. One of the ceiling panels had peeling paint and was badly damaged. Decent selection of a variety of style clothing but limited sizes available. Hard to find clothes and things were not labeled where to find what. Fitting rooms had no mirror in the room but only on the door of the room. Very very very long lines to try on clothes. Two very nice women in the fitting room who were helpful and helped the customers get different sizes. The checkout line was also very long, I was there at around 4pm on a sunday and had to wait 25 minutes. There were only two cashier's open even though they had other registers available. Very overwhelming store to visit."

"Great store. Love the clothes. My kids always come here for their camp and summer clothes. However their open hours are misleading. It says they are open til 6. We were for an hour in traffic and they only let you in if you’re there at 5:45. So they should really update their hours to say: closes at 5:45. Would have saved me an hour and the taxi fee. Thank you."
