"I can’t believe it, on 01/19/24 approximately 7:35, I walked 3 blocks to order. When I gent there the manager Alan sent all 3 female cashiers on break at the same time and told me online order only. About 10 people left the store without food because the was no cashier, he states I can’t open the registers. Please this store need a better manager."
"This Chipotle is worse one I’ve ever experienced. Not only was my order wrong, but they sent the same driver back with another WRONG order. All this took over 2 hours despite the place being a few blocks away. My last order was the exact same way. They don’t seem to care about the food they make or who they give it to. As long as they’re pushing out bags, anything goes. Save your money and time. Eat or order somewhere else."
"I ordered my son a bowl with just double chicken, extra rice and beans. They never send no double chicken. I was very hesitant on ordering from this location. They always missing something or sloppy as hell. I went in location over the winter time 2023 to place an order and there was an older light skin woman and she was bitting the tip of gloves. I said to myself I will never come back to this location but I try again and disappointed."
"I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle on my recent visit to the Kingshighway location. The tables were notably dirty, which gave a poor first impression. Additionally, I encountered a frustrating wait for service, as it took a considerable amount of time for someone to respond to me while I was trying to order my food. This lack of attentiveness and cleanliness left me dissatisfied with my visit."
"I never been in chipotle before at all. My son was hungry so we decided to stop by. The place was very clean, the workers followed all cleanliness procedures and covid19 protocols. The server was very nice and accommodating and cashier was very amiable as well. Overall a positive experience . We had the chicken bowl."
