"They were supposed to remove 4 wisdom teeth and a broken tooth in my mouth. They failed. They removed THREE wisdom teeth and the broken tooth. I've tried emailing them several times to inform them but nothing in response. I just want them to take out the last wisdom as it seemingly has a hole in it now and many times get aggravated if food gets stuck in it. They also have me paying for the four wisdom teeth and one broken removal when they didn't even finish the procedures needed."
