"I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Roman Izmailov, D.D.S, and his team. My mother had a toothache and swollen cheek and did not sleep for two days because we could not find a dental surgeon who could pull out a bad tooth. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to find a specialist who works on weekends. I called all the doctors in the hope of finding at least some specialist. Calling the A&R Advanced Dental Group clinic , we were allowed to drive up. Dr. Roman Izmailov, D.D.S, pulled out a bad tooth quickly and without pain. My mom was crying with happiness, and I could not believe that it was possible to cope with the problem so quickly and skillfully. I am a nurse, and I understand and appreciate doctors who not only have golden hands, but also a golden heart. Many thanks to Dr. Roman Izmailov !!!"

"Lady at the front desk Is a complete liar and untrained. Zero stars. If you are not a fluent Russian speaker, stay away from these people. The hygienist was the best I encountered in Brooklyn. Informative, kind, reassuring. He was great. The dentist did not seem happy with me AT ALL, probably because I was upset with the front desk, even though I did not complain. This is what happened. I waited two hours, and even though I was a new patient, the old women at the desk didn't say anything. I KNEW something needed to be filled out, she assures me I'm good and to sit. Not a single English speaker came in the entire time, so they only speak and acknowledge you if you are Russian. Two people are done, its expected to wait, later on a women comes in clearly in pain. Russian. Walk in, very clear she didn't have an appointment . They assume I dont speak or understand Russian, but this is my neighborhood so I understand. She gets to go before me, gets her prescription,leaves, another lady again goes in. Almost into the second hour a couple walks in and then a family, not even 6 minutes they call the female in and the desk lady realizes then I need to fill out the form. I was clearly angry, the entire time were sitting there like idiots and she can't even assure or update me how much the wait time is, why its taking long, why people went ahead of me . SHE HAD THE NERVE to tell me they are not patients when I asked why everyone went in before me. How stupid do you have to be to assume Im dumb enough to believe such an obvious lie? they aren't patients ? none of them? really ? so people just come here to hang out? She couldn't give me a reason and excuse and goes " I dont know" makes zero sense and when the doctor finally saw me he goes " go to an oral surgeon I can't help you" The worst experience. The doctor himself and staff members kept walking in and out talking Russian and not once did someone ask, or assure us were next, whats going on, why it took long, nothing. I came here only upon recommendation.Such disgusting behavior and treatment.They will also lie and respond to this with " we don't have you on record" which is common with these offices in Brooklyn within the area."

"The best experience I've ever had !!!! I enjoy visiting Dr. Roman Izmailov so much, Dr. Izmailov is intelligent, professional, kind and always in a positive mood. I have a such a bad anxiety going to the dentist and I can honestly say, this is the best dental experience I ever had. Dr Izmailov just did my implants and he did phenomenal job !!! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he has a way of making you feel safe. Within minutes of speaking to him, all feelings of anxiety had dissipated. He explains the procedures thoroughly, and truly cares about his patients. His assistant, is friendly, and professional I never thought I'd be saying this, but I look forward to my next dental visit."

"I received great dental service at the Brooklyn location by both doctors. I received a root canal and a crown (obviously not things you hope to have to get, but there I was). Both doctors (Alekseyeva and Izmailov) were very professional and caring about my comfort. I returned to have the crown adjusted because it still seemed a bit too high. Dr. Izmailov saw me within the same week, and adjusted the height of the crown. I felt very cared for, and that my mouth comfort was important to him. I will return to this dental office for further services (but hopefully no time soon lol)."
