"I really wanted to like this place because the people seemed really nice, and I liked the way my hair turned out. I felt like they gave me a little bit of a bait and switch, though, because they quoted 120 on the phone to do a partial highlight and trim, and then they charged me 180 after my hair was done. I think that should have been communicated before the work was done. People should not be expected to pay $60 more for a service than what they were first quoted without receiving approval to go ahead."
