"Didn’t even get to use the service because the guy never told his cab drivers to come..he gave me a time frame and said 30 mins when I called back after 40 mins he said the guy never he left he got held up because he has other customers. So basically told me to go f myself wasted my time. Don’t recommend this place at all"

"I used KB to take me, my husband, and two other couples up to Jersey City for my birthday. The driver was right on time arriving to my house. He even patiently waited while we waited for one of the other couples to arrive. He got us to our destination, waited to take us to our second stop, and then brought us back home. He even safely stopped for us when one of ladies in the group started to not feel well. I would highly recommend KB the driver was professional, so nice, and they were very affordable. We already said we would be using them for our next big night out."

"Excellent service. Had a young man assist me (I am in my 60's) out of the hospital and to my unit. I had trouble with balance (vertigo), walking and keeping steady. Due to my struggles with movement he me assisted out of the car and across the lawn. The people at the hospital desk did not even help me into the waiting cab/van. Very grateful. We could certainly use more folks as considerate at this young person."

"The below review is hard to believe. Periodically, we use KB services and have never had anything but a pleasant experience; from the staff who answers the phone to the drivers. Even the cars and vans are always spotless and clean. Other cab services have been disappointing but so far, never KB, they are always on time and honest (sometimes they get booked up over holiday weekends so I've learned to reserve ahead if we need them)."

Dispatch Team:

"I spoke with the lady that answered the phone. Kept putting me on hold complaining that her other lines are ringing and that I was holding up her lines. I tried to give her the address and she hung up on me!! I called again and she didn't even apologize!! The WORST service I have ever had with someone over the phone. The lady is a joke and she needs to learn how to control her attitude because she has HORRIBLE customer service skills!! If I wasn't in desperate need of getting a taxi for one of my drivers I would of never used them. HORRIBLE!!"
