"Bad experience at this tireshop. I came in with two cars and wanted to swap the tires on both cars. This included the balancing and alignment as well as replacing the tire valve stems. I went in around 3 and left around 5:30. Good thing I took off part of the day for this. At first, they drove both cars out after “finishing.” The swap was 4 Michelin tires to one car and the cooper tires on the other. They swapped 3 of the tires (Michelin) and the last one is clearly mismatched (Cooper). We ended up waiting longer to have it switched. The next day I drove one car and the steering wheel and seat were shaky. I’ve decided to do the same with the other car and it was also very shaky. Since they were closed, I’ve decided to come in on Monday to get it done. I had to take off for the day. They told me that they took the car for a test drive and it had no issues at 80MPH. I mentioned that I’ve experienced the shakiness. I did not want it to take longer than it already is and having it turn into a “he said she said” situation. After a few back and forth comments, I asked the person at the front desk if they would balance it. They said yes and I waited for another hour before they drove my car into the garage to have it taken care of. Eventually they were done and I mentioned that the other car is even shakier. I mentioned that I would be bringing it in later today and they said sure. The “fixed” car was still shaky. But it was around 3-4PM by now so I took the other car to the garage to have it done. Both cars are still shaky anywhere past 55 MPH. I eventually drove cautiously to a mavis and had both cars balanced without any shakiness at any speeds. Terrible experience considering that they were too lazy and unaware to handle 8 tires. I was actually referred to go here from a few people that had no issues at all."

Just stopped in on the fly with no appointment and the guys ( 4 ) there where able to address the issue and fix my problem. Didn't bend me over the barrel either. Far pricing. I needed a wheel bearing/hub assembly replaced and they did both sides in under 3 hours for an amazing price on a foreign luxury car.
