"At first these guys seemed really nice. And I went to them for tires because I felt I could trust them. Unfortunately the tires they sold me and put on my car wore out after only 4 months. I have been driving for 40 years and I know this is not normal. They told me they knew the tires were not good but they were trying to give me a deal. They refused to replace them but told me if I could get the tire company Blackhawk to replace them they would put them on for me. It has been raining a lot and I can feel the tires slipping all over the road which is dangerous. I feel like they must think I'm stupid because I'm a woman. But whatever the cause, they are leaving me in the lurch. I have tried contacting Blackhawk but there is no phone number for them. I sent them an email but they have not gotten back with me."
"Great customer service. Car dealer told me I needed a new battery and I did not think I did. Brought my truck here and they said no your battery is 100 percent. They saved me money on an unnecessary battery. Will come back here for future needs"
"Just needed to get an oil change and an inspection. I am relatively new to the area and don't like the local Ford dealer so I decided to take a chance on this shop. It was easy to make an appointment by phone. I decided to wait while my car was worked on. They have a small but clean waiting room with comfortable chairs. Everyone there was very friendly and they seemed knowledgeable about cars. The price was in line with the dealership so this will be my new go to shop."
