"Today, 11/29/23 I went to this office with my 12 yr old son who needed a checkup on his braces. He was taken into the office with dentist, Geo. I was not inside but when my son came out he was extremely upset, sad and utterly disturbed. I asked what happened and tearing up he expressed that Geo was very aggressive, rude and kept poking his gums in a way that seemed almost purposeful. When my son tried to say anything, Geo would get rude and basically told him to let him do his job. Finally my son got someone else and two ladies came in and helped him. After leaving the office we were eating and a few minutes later his “new” bracket came off. We went back and I told the front desk what my son told me. Also, that I did not want Geo anywhere near my son. I was so upset with what he told me. Dr. Gong immediately took my son, helped him, apologized and informed my son that the work Geo had done was wrong. That’s why he was in so much pain! Not only that, but the bracket that fell out wasn’t even supposed to be there. Dr. Gong and one of the assistants tried to explain this to Geo but instead of being apologetic, he gets upset that we went back. My son was in pain and you did your job wrong!!! He could’ve really hurt him!!! Do not go to this person! I don’t think he’s a real dentist! I don’t know why he’s there! He has no compassion, sympathy or any kind of regard for the patients. I hope he’s not there when we go back. He’s never been there before. The front desk lady was also very sorry. She was trying to be helpful."

"This is the worst place with scheduling. I always come on time to my appointment and after waiting 1/2 hour they rescheduled appointment for their over booking for the second time. Never coming back for myself. I do not recommend this place at all. Manager refused to speak with me to explain why this keep happening."

"So far I haven’t had any issues with this office. Clean and recently renovated. The people at the front desk were fine and helpful. When I had an emergency with my tooth, they took me quickly."

"I’ve been going here for years and always found the staff to be friendly and great at their jobs. I love the old staff that’s still here and all the doctors are great. However, since COVID the staff turn around has been crazy. I know it’s been hard to deal with everything being in the dental field but you work at a dentist, even a smile would be nice. The new staff always seem to be annoyed."

"Place is a mess. You have to call about 10x just to get them to pick up phone call, if they pick it up. I came here for retainers since they were my childhood orthodontic. Purchased and got impressions/molds on July 19, waited 3 weeks to be told they need molds/ impressions again. It's been another 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on my retainers, if they will ever come. Arrived early to appointment just to wait over an hour and a half to be seen. I've been calling since October's of 2022 when retainers first broke, and got no help, and when I'm finally making progress with getting appointments, they told me I should have just walked in for retainer impressions instead of called and waited since teeth shifting... I can't imagine the wait time walking in would have been if regular appointments take so long and retainers take over 2 months and counting! Business is unprofessional. Save your time, energy and money and go somewhere else if you want decent quality service."
