"I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. I had tapeins installed and within three days they were dropping out. I had the owner Sarah install them. What disappointed me th e most was her lack of integrity upon bei g told this even when I ignored the two tapeins that fell out when I was still in the shop. She was condescending and kept stating I was yelling when I came back for a wash and set a week later so that she could fix the error. It was irritating and infuriating at how she was handling the situation. She would not refund even half what I paid and truthfully after oyr conversation speaking with her I did not feel comfortable continuing to have my hair completed by her. I paid 600 dollars and it did not last me 3 days. What a waste of money and time. I am disheartened because I have never been treated with such lack of regard or respect by my own. I would advise if you are a professional,and are in need of a good service and install this is not the salon to use."
