"I used to be a loyal customer here to only ONE nail tech that I have been following for years. The manager and owner do not care if you have been a customer for 1 day or a regular for 2 years. I understand mistakes happen but to miss my appointment 2 times in 1 year with NO apology is unprofessional. No customer should be yelled at over the phone, talked over when explaining the situation and hung up on because of their lack of communication. This is how the manager and owner chose to handle the situation and commented "You don't have to come back here if you don't like it" and "you only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes" which was a lie, in person they said it would be 30+ minutes when I already made an appointment. It shows the owner lacked knowledge about the situation but continued to talk over and down to me on the phone. After I have had enough of their disrespect, I hung up. They called me 2 minutes later to try and make it right but the damage was done. No discounts were offered for their mistakes or rudeness, I will never return nor recommend. Their poor business practice is unfortunately why their nail tech has lost a longtime customer and her friends. The only reason I put 2 stars instead of 1 is for her, they owe her an apology, do better!"

"Worst experience ever! My birthday nails were absolutely terrible! Went to get my nails and toes done on Sunday for my birthday Monday. By 3pm my nails were already chipping both my toes and nails. I tried to call to get them fixed, no answer. Update : I lost a nail and it hasn’t been a week let alone 5 days. The toe I thought was a chip ended up being the entire color coming off the toe nail. Wasted over $100 and 3 hours of my time. I’m begging you not to spend you time or hard earned money here!"

"i’ve been going here for 2 years and i’ve never been disappointed. i go to jennifer and she does stunning nails on me and she’s so friendly!! (her instagram - @nailcessity.yy) the acrylic nails lasted a long time didn’t come off for a whole month. the salon is clean and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. the prices are pretty affordable ($35 fill in, $45 full set etc). i recommend!"
