"I been to so many Spa but this was the worse spa I ever been to. They advertised on Groupon to attract customer but give hard time to people who want to use it. They are greedy always looking to scam you with extra charges. They are very unprofessional & don’t know how to treat customer fairly. I would not recommend this place to anyone however if you ever go there, don’t let them rip you off."

"When I first made a reservation, they delayed it by 30 minutes. I couldn’t make it time. So, I rescheduled and visited today, but the technician was sick and couldn't come to work, so they was told to reschedule again. I have already arrived, so if you had told me in advance, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I don't want to come again. waste of time and I don't want to give even one star."

"Groupon coupon for spa facial experience- scheduling an appointment was easy. Got the same day appointment. Spa facial is a mini facial (30-35 mins). Nothing special about this service. Less then 5 mins of streaming followed by physical facial scrub for 3-4 mins. The person who was attending me went in and out of the room more than 6-7 times and my face was dry because of no steam or any other cream after cleaning with scrub. Only positive thing was shoulder massage"

"Great and knowledgeable staff, Maria preps magic potions that are for your skin type. They offer you something to drink and let you know about promos or sales going on. Not like other spas that are just knocking you on your back w the prices. Overall amazing place definitely returning. By the way there is extra parking in the rear side of building entrance is on Garrett Pl. You can in either Dean st or Engle st because is a 2 way."

"I found out about VM Beauty through a friend and groupon. I highly recommend their nail services. I received a very thorough gel manicure and pedicure. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I recommend they have gel polish swatches available to make it easier to see the color. However, they were able to test the color for me. It is a very personable experience. It definitely feels like a high end place."
