Suffern Nail

"We just recently moved to Suffern from Long Island. I thought that I had found a decent nail salon. On my first appointment, the owner did a simple, basic manicure. She kept cutting me with the nippers. I then had a "spa" pedicure done. The girl was absolutely amazing. Based on that, I was willing to give them another chance. I went back again for the same services! What a joke! The "green tea spa pedicure " was nothing more than making the water green. No mask was used on my legs and no callous remover treatment, etc., like the first girl did. It was nothing more than a regular pedicure. But they charged $45.00 for it. I then went back yesterday. Same thing with the spa pedicure. The girl didn't seem like she wanted to work. After my pedicure, which I was again charged $45.00 for what was a regular pedicure with green water. The girl was ready to ring me up. I told her that I was also scheduled for a basic manicure. She seemed annoyed. More interested in her phone. She also cut me with the nippers. Didn't even apologize. I still tipped her well. That will be the last time I ever go there. They are a rip off and provide horrible services. Three chances...I am done! Do yourself a favor, stay away! They don't know what they are doing!"

"Absolutely my favorite nail spa in all of Suffern. The owner is so friendly and happy and you just feel welcomed. They do amazing nail designs and do a clean, neat job. They always give you a complimentary massage while you dry your nails which is a beautiful addition to your spa experience. They have options of scented scrubs and crams for your pedicure which I haven’t seen at any other spa. You really get your moneys worth here. The actual space may not be so pretty, but the service and work is far better than many other places I’ve been. I’m so happy I found this nail spa. Thank you for always doing a great job!"
